Middle School Math Teacher (Intervention Focus) – Part-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and engaging Math Teacher to work with our middle school students in small group intervention settings. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students who need additional help in math.

You will work closely with students in a supportive environment, helping them build confidence, strengthen foundational skills, and succeed academically.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Up to 29 hours per week
Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch daily

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide math instruction to small groups of middle school students
  • Implement intervention strategies to support student learning
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
  • Support positive classroom behavior and engagement
  • Collaborate with staff to support student success


Requirements

  • Commitment to work the entire 2026–2027 school year
  • Strong classroom and behavior management skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate middle school students
  • Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
